MIKE ROBERTO IS ROOTED IN OHIO

I have decades of experience leading and serving the community. When I saw the State Legislature gutting our school districts and local government funds the last few years, I knew enough was enough. Students, families, and residents from all backgrounds are struggling to live happy and healthy lives. Meanwhile, our tax dollars are going out of the district to pay for things like new football stadiums and data centers that might not even be built!
I'm running to make sure we are putting hardworking Ohioans first. We need to make sure we are investing into small, local businesses, not giant corporations and out of state billionaires. We need to fully fund our public schools, not use our tax dollars for handouts to wealthy individuals. We need to make healthcare accessible to all Ohioans and support rural hospitals. We need to keep our streets safe from violent criminals and provide resources to prevent criminal behavior in the first place. We need to make sure Northeast Ohio is affordable for seniors to retire in place and young families to set down roots. As your State Senator, I will make sure we accomplish all of this.
